Slave Harem Volume 4, Afterwords

Afterwords

Here is the fourth volume. By reaching this point, I feel like I have overcome a significant hurdle.

Compared to other works in the Dash X Bunko series, it has more pages, so in terms of actual content, it might be equivalent to about six volumes.

As announced on the jacket of this volume, serialization of the manga adaptation will begin!

Hmm? Did I write it this well? The pacing and panel layout has turned out great, I think.

It feels like the interesting parts were extracted straight from my original work, and I was moved when I read it.

The storyboard is amazing. Of course, it's also filled with erotic scenes, so please look forward to it!

Now, about the story of the fourth volume, it actually maintains the same setting as the past life that I had initially conceived.

However, considering its darker tone, I was thinking of shelving it.

In the first volume, I touched upon it to some extent, but I had a gap in time between writing the first volume and its publication, and I had been thinking that it was not due to changing the setting for the book adaptation.

But I thought it might be better to keep the beginning and ending just as I had originally planned, so I pulled it out for this volume.

That being said, the ending will also be the one I had initially envisioned.

By the way, the next volume will be the final one!

By the time this book reaches your hands, all the work will likely be completed.

You might think it's odd that I'm writing this now, but as those who have been reading it know well, I will diligently see it through to the end.

In these times, being able to write and complete a series is an incredibly fortunate thing.

This is also thanks to all the support from everyone.

I hope you will continue to accompany me until the final volume.

In the afterword of the last volume, I plan to include behind-the-scenes stories of the production.

To the editor who has always supported me through my slow writing process, thank you.

To the talented artist who provided illustrations that made me grin from ear to ear, thank you, Neibi-san.

I would like to thank the many people who contributed greatly this time as well.

Well then, until the final volume.

TLN: That's it for the fourth volume, I'm gonna take a break before continuing volume 5.
